We have 2 methods of membership application and payment.:

  • Method 1 (Below) - Download the application form, fill it in and mail a cheque to us
  • Method 2 (EventBee) - Use EventBee to renew your membership online.
MEMBERSHIP FEES:
  1. Lifetime Individual Membership $250.00
  2. Student Annual Individual Membership $15.00
  3. Standard Annual Individual Membership $25.00
